Infant Items Needed

 

The following is a list of items we feel are necessary for your child to have while they are in our care.

-Diapers/wipes
-Pacifier (if needed)
-Bottles (3 or 4)
-Formula or breast milk
-Blankets
-2 changes of clothes
-Infant food/cereal

Formula can be brought either in powdered form, pre-made in a container, or pre-made bottles-which ever you prefer. All pre-made formula must be labeled with your child’s name and the current date.

Any baby food brought in a container from home must be labeled as to what it is, the current date, and your child’s name. If you have any questions about anything please let us know.
